Job Brief
We are in need of a skilled business developer to develop the business aspect of our organization. He or she will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing Partners, collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives, evaluating current business performance and maximizing business reach and potential. The ideal candidate must have experience in B2B sales, as well as skills related to strategic analysis and marketing.
Responsibility
- Identify potential partners in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective partners' business and resource needs.
- Develop relationships with prospective partners, while maintaining existing partner relationships.
- Collaborate with our organisation's teams and partners to create and develop contract-winning proposals for current and prospective projects.
- Negotiate contract terms with partners and communicate terms to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted projects specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.
- Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Min. Job Experience:
1+ years website management experience
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field
Job Requirements
- Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and industry-specific analysis software
- Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
- Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for partners.
- Candidate must be based in Nigeria.
