Job Brief
We are looking for a graphic designer with a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. S/he must be able to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.
Responsibility
- Liaise with clients to determine their requirements and budget.
- Study design briefs and determine requirements.
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
- Manage client proposals from typesetting through to design, print and production.
- Prepare rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.
- Work with clients, brief and advise them with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales.
- Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
- Determine the size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size.
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.
- Review final layouts and suggest improvements if required.
- Test graphics across various media.
- Amend designs after feedback.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Liaise with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

BA/BSC or HND in any related field

- An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
- Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines .
- Candidate must be based in Nigeria.
