Job Brief
We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently in a good manner. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Responsibility
- Assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
- Create and update records, ensure accuracy and validity of information and ensure proper documentation.
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.
- Coordinating events as necessary.
- Organize travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required.
- Perform administrative work, including managing information.
- Follow up on correspondence and maintain trusting relationships with them.
- Assist in administrative task as assigned by the Manager.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.

- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Candidate must be based in Calabar, Ibadan, Lagos or Portharcout.
